About Joanne

Whether you're completely new to fitness, returning after an injury, navigating pregnancy or menopause, living with a long term health condition, or chasing your next sporting goal, you'll always be welcomed exactly where you are.

Each session is designed around you and your movement goal. We explore movement that helps you discover what makes you feel strong, fast, or confident. That might mean balancing on one leg again after a knee injury, discovering a love of boxing despite living with MS or the effects of polio, completing your first 5k, earning a football trial, lowering your golf handicap, or preparing for your next Hyrox.

With a background in theatre, expect to be the lead role in your play. You'll move, laugh, maybe swear, and leave feeling proud of what you did. As the curtain falls on each session, you'll leave wanting more, excited for your next show.
